Some women plan their wedding from childhood and others, like me, piece it together as quickly and carefully as possible once there's a Prince Charming, a diamond ring and a proposal.I married my best friend in August 2011. After much contemplation, we decided to tie the knot in the place we lived and loved: New York City. With that decision, I joined the ranks of many Big Apple brides.
